First of all the prize goes to Shane M as the only spero that sent a very good letter about saving deveraux
shane contacted me early on. good to see he is still on it

now knowing that it is biased to start with there are some good arguments in here for our side.

the city of data point and orange county assembly member jim silva both wrote very strong letters in support of 2, as did king harbor yacht club redondo beach yacht club, marina del rey association

a very good letter from PSO ( i will post later)
a very good personal letter from a surf fisherman who feels he has no impact and nothing but loss


on the other side there are various letters from ocean conservancy, society of marine mammals, California native plant society, concerns of not getting sued by waste water companies and a bunch of laguna enviros.

iI will PDF a few of these well written prop 2 letters later today

Where are the Public comments for October Posted? The DFG MLPA South Coast site only has comments thru September 12, 2009.
