MLPA Articles
Has anyone saved any links, or copied and saved versions to any published material on how the MLPA is negative to us fisherman? Register, Times, Anything.
A friend of mine who writes a local column needs some help. I've convinced him to write a biting article on the MLPA process, and what it means for us-- He just needs some help finding any articles that may not be posted anymore. I don't have any saved, unfortunately. Do you?
