great... it's the new guy.
FINALLY, my profile got approved by the moderator and I can actually post on this board. I'm new to spearboard and I thought I'd introduce myself, it seems to be the kosher thing to do. I'm moderately new to the sport but I'm hoping to learn a lot and maybe meet some more dive buddies by being on this board. I live in Redondo Beach/South Bay, and once the weather clears up i'll be looking to dive again, so if anyone ever needs a local dive buddy or wants some extra gas money for their boat, i'm pretty much always down.

Thanks guys. If there are any new or experienced divers in the South Bay area that like diving that may want another dive buddy, please lemme know.
I'm 29, a dude, probably more bad ass than you can imagine, probably somewhere around an intermediate diver (but hopefully rapidly gaining experience), and like long walks on the beach (in order to access shore dive spots)

exactly, Good catch Maidendeath.
unfortunately i don't have a film crew to follow me around yet when i've been out in the water. I'll get a picture of me up sooner than later. I assure you whatever picture is posted, the fish next to me will be about 1/100th the size. yeah, also, feel free to replace "more" with "less" in my original post. Either way, it makes no difference to me.

... oh, and i definitely want to say that I'm DEFINITELY less 'bad ass' than you are Bill. And i mean that in all sincerity and honesty. I missed it, but Happy late birthday. I hope i'll be able to be half as active as you at your age if i even make it that far (and i doubt i will). And i mean that as a compliment, i hope you take it as such.
