Ayyy up in North joyzey.... unfortunately im originally from down south there. I should be up there first or 2nd week of may and we'll get some dives in. I know some really neat shoredive spots up in Monmouth county, gotta climb down a rock wall to the water but its well worth the structure you find!!
N aprils cold but stripers start showing up and Tog SHOULD be in season. If you have the right suit for the water temps (50-60s) The viz will probably be better then it is in summertime. I know a few spots that would be good for you.
