I am semi=retired. I Capt. a 49' Millennia Cat boat (Going Deep) and 55' Ocean Sportfish (Scuba Lou) with my USCG 100 ton ticket for Tackle Shack. Both boats are located behind the old Johns Pass Fish House. Located just west from the Freedom Boat Club. PADI Divemaster 1985 till 2015. 2015 to present. PADI Asst. Instructor. Nitrox certified. My dives are in the 1000's. Born and raised here except for 6 years in the US Navy. No longer own my own boat. I have 2 friends on Isle of Capri. MD Smith and Dan Dennison. I prefer weekdays like you due to less boats. Have all my own gear. Love to dive the MG in the summer. My cell is 727-560-0808. Name is Jose and live near Tyrone and Park street. My buddy David has a 28' Kevla Cat and is off Wednesdays and Sunday. He'll probably start diving next month in May. Always looking for weekday off people. I'll reach out to you soon. Thanks.

Saw you replied to catman. Here is my info: I have my 32 Stamas on Isle of Capri just inside JP. I’m always looking for buddy’s to dive with my boat or yours. Which cat do you have? I have every other Wednesday and Thursday off and every Friday if you have weekday availability with less traffic. I have been diving nitro 7 years with 3-400 dives tanks and gear all serviced. What’s your situation and location? Thanks have a great day

I have not shot one of those exact models yet, but I have played with 2 different sizes of it. I'm a very nit-picky person and have to say, every aspect of that gun is very well thought out and perfectly positioned. Much like your Biller, you will likely have your Koah for another 15 years as well.

The ability to switch from free shaft so quickly and effortlessly is one of the main things I really love about that gun. Give John Ippolito a call or message him on facebook. Maybe get your name and number painted on beneath the epoxy coating.

Ive been wating a dedicated scuba workhorse gun for those commercial days where shooting line is more of a time waster then anything. Koah Battle Axe is on the top of that list.

I just talked to a former Captain of that vessel , he has a lot of bad things to say regarding safety , locations , and honesty of the owners .
Also a no refund policy basically regarding weather conditions , and running trips in gale conditions .
I know this is late , but use some caution .

I was asked by an old friend of yours, Glenn Davis, to PM you since he isn't yet able to do so (new member waiting for account access) - he asked if you would call him sometime to catch up - he's been out of town for about 5 years, I think.

    His number is 813-601-0366

I don't get out to the MGs that often anymore. I hear from my friends that it has been pretty good and no real blackouts.... Just that you have to move quite a bit to find decent fish.

Hello, I saw your thread on powerhead. I live in Tampa. Are you selling those yet? Can you send me a photo so I can see it? I have a one, but hate it because firing pin comes in contact with bullet even when "safety" is on. Would like to know more about yours. Thanks.
