Credit Where Credit's Due.

I'll be the first to save a buck or two by shopping around but I have to give Vanessa, Greg and Sean at the Freedive Shop in Sacramento a serious endorsement.

Their service, attention to detail, immediate response to any queries and knowledge base has been not only an invaluable asset but frankly a real relief.

You can't put a price on peace of mind and these guys will give you it.

Re: Credit Where Credit's Due.

Just went to their shop for the 1st time last weekend...Excellant stock, good technical background with good sound advice..Still did not find a set of foot pockets that will hold my ass wide feet, but Vanessa even went as far as recommending me to one of her competitors lines as a possible solution...I remember things like that forever and will go out of my way to repay the favor by biasing my purchases their way.
Cheers...Tim in Hollister

Re: Credit Where Credit's Due.

I'm happy that they're only 20 minutes from my house!!
They're the only full-service freedive hunting shop in the entire Northern California area.
The entire crew dives and kills fish, and they know everything about the product that they sell.

They also host a very nice tournament every year up in Nor Cal called the TritonX:

Tanc, if you've never dove in 50 degree water with 5 foot of visibility, think about joining us up in Caspar CA on September 17. It's a fun time for sure!!

It's a two hour drive for me, but luckily I have family down that way. I was at the shop this week. Awsome folks and a fantastic resourse for spearos.

Re: Credit Where Credit's Due.

They definitely know their stuff and are super nice. I am a 3 hour drive but if I order it on Monday I get it on Tuesday! Also got a partial refund on the shipping cost! Somehow it got figured wrong and they refunded me the difference without me having to ask or even knowing anything about it. That's integrity!

They will also take their time with you. took me an hour to get a mask that would seal to my face. They never got impatient. Just kept handing me masks. No reason to go anywhere else.

+1 for them, they always add a personal note when I order from them as my address was my college PO box. Even when I order a $5 tube of wetsuit glue. I order a new pair of argos socks every year during their sale.
