Opening Day
Its surprizing that no one has posted anything about Opening Day of Lobster Season. After an early Foggy start, our day turned out to be ver productive and enjoyable.

Re: Opening Day
For several years, I stopped using scuba, only relying on my breath for my undersea forays (I had simply gotten tired of lugging the heavy gear). But after viewing this video, and especially with my breath becoming shorter and shorter with age, I will definitely get back into scuba.
Great video. Thank you for posting! Di Au |

Re: Opening Day
LA/LB were good on the opener but it has been emptied out since. OC is ruined due to the oil spill, so the only option is our area or way south. No area can withstand the kind of pressure we have seen in the last two weeks.
But, I can’t complain; I take my fair share of bugs and therefore, the blame.

Re: Opening Day
Also, the recent wind storms ruined the vis inshore and dropped the water temps by about 10F. So now the bugs are not in social mood.
