Re: Middlegrounds trip Aug 20, 2022

Thanks for posting the video David. That was my first time riding on a 42 Freeman and it was amazing. The seas were flat calm all day but it became absolutely scorching hot on the deck later in the day due to no wind. Once we headed home at 50 MPH that hefty breeze helped cool us down for the ride home. Big thanks to Capt. Ben Bateman for coming with us and putting the divers on a bunch of Gags, Red Grouper, Go’s and Hogs. David shot a fat Red Grouper that weighed in just under 20 lbs. Amazing day, on an incredible boat with good friends.

Any day you go spearing with friends, don't lose or break gear, some fish in the box and come back safe is a good day!
