Knife
Ok who makes the best fillet knife? I have been using Dexter Russels for years but I want something better. I get mostly flounder and greys and a whole lot lionfish lately. don't need a long blade just one that holds an edge.

Re: Knife
Dexter Russell's are great, that's what I use. I've never used a bubba blade. The thing with fillet knives, is to get good at sharpening them, as long as it's razor sharp, the brand and shape is really just personal preference.

Re: Knife
I used Forshner knives for many years in the meat business and know them to be excellent. When I needed to buy a fillet knife, I got one of theirs. Love it.
