Take the Ferry from Pt. Judith. When you get off the ferry, jump in a cab and take it to the parking lot for the Southeast Lighthouse. There you will find a wood staircase that will take you down the Bluffs to a rocky beach. You can shore dive from that location. There are lots of larges rocks in the area where nice bass like to hide. Look up the wreck of the Lighburn, it right there.... There are often huge Rays out there. very cool to see.
