RA reels are not compatible with Pathos

Are the RA reels compatible with the reel mount on the pathos open laser pro?

Aloha Petros, just seen your thread on the MVD roller muzzles. Is there one or can you make one to fit the Mako American ETR barrel? It's a 1.05" or 26.65mm ID and the track is a 4mm rise. Please let me know would love to put one on my gun.
