My name is Justin Toulon and I live in Tacoma, WA. I just took the AIDA 2 class w/ Yoram. Josh told me you took the last class and live in the Tacoma area, so I wanted to get in touch.
I am new to the PNW spearfishing scene. Honestly, I am pretty new to spearfishing. I'm from Hawaii and spent a ton of time in the water, mostly surfing and I did my fair share of snorkeling/tagging along with friends spearfishing. I also did ok in the class, had a 3'32" static, 50m dynamic, and hit the limit of 60 ft free diving (I'd be most comfortable at 20-35 feet).
I'd love to meet up with you for some diving!? I am a grad student at UPS so I have a lot of free time until Sept 3 when school starts again. Also, I have access to the pool on campus, which may be great for practicing static and dynamic CO2 tables. I can check on the guest policy if you are interested in that?
