Hey man thanks for responding to my message about Hawk Cay. I haven't dove 40-50 since the spring due to shitty visibility up by me. Ive been diving 25-30 all summer. I touched base with the resort about there launch ramp and they are going to get back with details. I also touched base with Kill Shot Charters. Do you have any experience with them? Either way id love to get in the water.
It may not have been $950, but it was over $900. I don't exactly remember. Jason from Impaler does do decent work.

jankglass: hey man thanks for the compliment. That gun shoots a 50" 5/16 shaft with 3)5/8 bands,its easy to load and very simple. It is a tad buoyant but does well with a riffe type reel. I have used a gun of that design for years with great success. It has a basic trigger (neptonics) set into a v groove track. Its solid Burmese teak with opposing grain(reverse lamination) and sports a stainless steel reinforced handle and butstock. That gun is brand new and guaranteed for life by me the builder. I can ship anywhere but if you are close Ill deliver. I know the feeling,,,last week I shot a nice size hog,it brok loose and went into a cave..I spent like 30 minutes trying to get it out and along comes a shark and takes it from the cave..lol..Im actually headed upto long key i have my boat there and wanted to go do some spearfishing ..I have all my gear in long key..I had plans to go with my brother but he cant make it..let me know if you wanna head out..I just started diving that area near long key..I have a couple spots mapped out at like 25/35 ft..
