Here's a msg I sent to Tomo,

Am trying to keep the south jetty secrets from H/L lurkers, so trying to keep mention of South jetty or 'yaks at BV' on email or PM's. It was super productive for BRs at least when I tried it. Also super protected from surge once you're inward from the bend in the south jetty and the currents were really mild too even an hour after high slack, it was effortless to keep station with Jeff's anchored boat. it was like a pond and I could see whitecap surge on the north jetty directly across. YMMV.
