Kostadin Kanarov (seal77) lost in a dive tragedy

While many here already know there will be some who do not, hence this is a notification that Kostadin Kanarov (seal77) passed away when he failed to surface from a dive in Indonesia during a spearfishing trip. The details are expanded on here http://www.spearboard.com/showthread.php?t=195995, but it seemed to me that an entry should be made here as well as then it will not be missed. It is a shocking incident for a young guy who had just started a family with his partner and has made many here readjust their thinking when confronted with similar situations as spearfishing is a dangerous sport.

Seal as we knew him built the most beautiful and complex spearguns, rollerguns and cable rollerguns with fantastic attention to detail and crisp and geometric carbon fiber weave patterns with a superb surface finish and it is very hard to accept that he will no longer be with us, although we will not be forgetting him. RIP Seal, as I knew him.

Yes Pete, Seal had a tragic end to a promising vibrant life.

May Kostadin rest in eternal peace.

This thread shows one of Kosta's guns and I assume his partner who must now be in our thoughts as to any assistance that may be needed, especially with a very young child who now tragically has no father.

Without knowing him personally, he was a very nice guy.

Rest in peace.
