barracuda and jelly
Shot a smaller barracuda last weekend for the WCC tournament and decided to try a recipe I found on youtube. I sprinkled salt on the fillets then season all then put several spoons of grape jelly on two and strawberry jelly on the other two. Put on grill for 10-12 minutes with lid closed. Was excellent. From now on smaller barracuda will be in danger when I see them!

Re: barracuda and jelly
Interesting recipe. 3' and under are on the menu for me.
