Question About Shoot Position Results

Hi ,

recently I try one grip which is very thin 1 inch width and I have a question regarding the results of my shooting position. When I rotate my right hand to the left, the gun shoots to the right, and when I rotate it to the right, the gun shoots to the left.

Can you please clarify how this affects shooting up and down? Specifically, does this mean that if my hand is lower on the grip, the gun will shoot upward, and if my hand is higher, it will shoot downward , also I don't advice to use the very thin handle grip (less than 30 mm in width ) it may work with firearm but in speargun its a big headache to adjust your shoot .
