Viz was 2-4' buzz bay, hunted hard for a nice tog....... nailed it! Noreaster comes through again. Then............... blew motor on the boat. As the indian described it-

Boat sound funny, you go slow. Boat sound sick, we go see medicine man...... (RAP.RAP.RAP........boom.) boat too sick for medicine man, he no fix motor. You go to bank and by new one so we fish again...... Hencetherefore.... the new 115 Etec I bought yesterday afternoon!! Ouch.... my wallet is still screaming.

Re: Daily Vis Report Thread

King's Beach started out about 10'-15' but right when we got in the water that thick blanket rolled in and the bottom got kicked up which pushed the viz to about 5'. Lots of tog but my brother was the only one who came away with a kill. It's warming up though (57).

I've got a 24 foot Whaler hull sitting in my yard, and it's been there for 3 years now. So no, they don't give them away at all. Although we might end up giving this hull away.

Re: Daily Vis Report Thread

Went to Fort Adams today. Visibility sucked. In high tide it was less than 3 feet vertically and maybe 4 feet horizontally. Maxed out on togs though and shot twice at stripers - missed both times. I think it makes sense to wait for a few days for the past week of raining to clear up in water.

Caught 8 schoolie stripers in NH today on the fly, the viz looked to be about 4 feet.
