Hey all,

I'm headin down to Palapas Ventana (Tim Hatler's outfit) in Baja, May 10-17th to hunt yellowtail, cabrilla, etc. Trying to find other people to go to share in boat costs, etc. This place is amazing, air conditioned casitas, amazing food, great captains.

I figured this was a good forum because the flights from CA are so cheap/convenient.

If anyone else can go, trip would only cost about 1k + flight & extras.

And 1k is a great price for 7 nights, 5-6 days spearfishing.

Taylor, if you think it is cheap flying from LA or San Diego, you should try Tijuana. Also, be prepared for some wind that time of year. The wind switches direction usually in June. Do you kite surf? Could be something to learn in the afternoons....
