not as hard as you think, just gotta be careful and follow the instructions on Phil's thread... give it a try on a piece of wood, and remember you can always sand and redo.

I would love to learn how to epoxy but for now i always polyurethane my guns. It lasts long and refinishing is fast since you can just do touchups. I did this on my riffe and gilbert guns a few years back and they still look great
