Shark Dive in Hawaii

I haven't been out spearfishing here in CA for a few weeks, so I thought I'd put together a video of a dive I did with the wife in Hawaii with some friendly sharks.

We booked a boat with Hawaii Adventure Diving. They took us out from Haleiwa Harbor on the north side of the island. Only 4 of us on the boat, so I was happy. A quick 20-ish minute ride to open water and we jumped in. Apparently the sharks are attracted to the engine noise because of crab fishing in the area (they look for scraps I suppose).

We saw Galapagos sharks mostly, but a Sandbar came in as well. Our guide said big Tigers sometimes come around, but we weren't so lucky. He's got some killer photos of them on his Insta, though.

Anyway, good times. I'd recommend it for anyone!
