15-20ft just north of Fort Pierce today. Marked a bit with the chop and sea breeze in the afternoon.

Re: Beach Vis

Did a little kayak dive close to Boynton Beach over the weekend and came up with a few of these guys. I know I am "pushing" the fish out a little but my arm is still bent! For a beach/kayak dive not too shabby!

Cool Feedive Buddy... are you there?

Hi

Im looking for a freedive buddy that is certified by Fii or AIDA or any agency.
Spearfishing or simply improve skills.

Im mostly available during weekends, if during the week I just need advance notice to get time off from work. We can do both shore dives or boat.

Hope to meet one soon.

Thanks
Frank

Re: Beach Vis

It's the "Summer Inversion" on the Treasure Coast.
We FINALLY get great Vis., but the water temp on the bottom drops into the 50's.
I've seen 58-60 degrees...which is pretty darn COLD for this old boy.

Re: Beach Vis

Any word Vero-Ft. Pierce out to 90ft? About to head down from the panhandle hoping for good vis, haven't done any bugging in a few years. Also should I expect a thermo this time of year?

Re: Beach Vis

Been a small swell. I would think that means the nearshore is not good.
