Re: Force fins
I have three pairs (yard sales) and they seem fine to me, i just wanted some different opinions. Im sure that freediving fins are more efficient that force fins though.

Re: Force fins
I own a pair of the "Excellerating Force Fins" that I used for snorkeling in rivers full of rapids and rocks, with depths no greater than 10 ft. They worked great for that environment because of their compact size and indestructibility. In the ocean, they were horrible. Preferred to call them "thrash fins". They are way too short for effective freediving because of their low displacement.
Save them for pool swimming or tubing. Get a proper pair of long blades. I did, and never looked back.

Re: Force fins
My dad had a pair he used them because he had week ankles, I think they will suck for freediving because they move you along so slow.
