Thank you Herranen Spearguns!!!

Our NorCal brothers are helping us out in the SoCal MLPA process. I've received advices and encouragement, as well as real material support.

As you all know, we are raising money for lobbying and possible litigation activities. I can't reveal much more but all the money will be held by an organization, with accountability and oversight by numerous spearos.

Phil Herranen (of Herranen spearguns) stepped up to the plate with a donation of two spearguns for auction/sale to support our MLPA effort. The first gun is done and the picture is included here. The gun will be on display at Phil's booth this weekend at Tino's Big Ab/Big Ling event so come on by for a look-see. This gun will go on auction at our next fundraising event (to be announced later).

Thank you so much Phil from your SoCal spearo brothers. Everyone please extend your thanks to Phil and yes, bid or show up to the MLPA meetings to save our spearing spots.

Spec (Phil, please chime in if anyone has any questions):
55" midhandle "reef" series
paduk wood
built for a 9/32 shaft
2-3 9/16" bands
bolted dowl reinforced muzzle
deep open track
dowl reinforced between each hole in the stock
full warranty= anything other than driving over it with your car. Include free refinishing just pay shipping
Designed to be a light, fast turning wsb /calico gun for socal
The holes make it track like a much smaller gun and add a water ballast effect
shaft and bands included (no tip)

Re: Thank you Herranen Spearguns!!!

I had a chance to swim around with the 48" version of this gun a couple weeks ago, and it moves like a dream in the water. The Paduak with the clear epoxy finish looks like it's on fire. Phil builds some truly unique guns.
