Re: Tournament time; Rocky Mountain Spearfishing Series

Report on Pueblo this weekend was that the weekends get pretty busy. Make sure you have at least a 12" x 12" dive flag on your bouy. My watch battery was dead but I would say the water temp. was at least 70 degrees. I was hot in my 5mil suit. Viz. ranged from 1-12 feet. A lot of fish, especially bass. We got walleye, catfish, bluegill, nice carp, shad. We will be meeting at Hobiecat (right next to the North Marina). You have to launch your boat at the marina because they are checking for Zebra Mussels.Around the corner bout 200 yards is Hobiecat, You can pull your boat in the bay and park your truck above at the North Shore Marina overflow parking. This will be our staging area and weigh in area. Briefing and registration will start at 8:00 and go thru 8:45 am The tournament will start at 9:00 am and last until 3:00.Weigh ins will begin at 3:30 pm. Food and prizes to follow. P.S. YOU HAVE TO STAY 100 FEET OFF DAMN FACE OR THEY WILL BE WRITING TICKETS
